Terms & Conditions
1. General Information
These Terms & Conditions apply to all treatments, products, services, memberships, offers, and purchases made with Fiji Skin Clinic. By booking an appointment or purchasing from the clinic, you agree to these terms.
Fiji Skin Clinic reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or update policies, pricing, memberships, promotions, and offers at any time without prior notice.
2. Appointments & Consultations
Appointment Policies
Please attend your appointment alone unless you require a guardian or translator, as waiting areas are reserved for paying clients and space is limited. Children cannot accompany clients to appointments under any circumstances, as the clinic environment is not suitable for children.
Clients are responsible for informing the clinic of any medical history updates, medication changes, recent procedures, or health concerns before treatment, as appointments may need to be amended, postponed, or cancelled for safety reasons.
Consultation & Booking Fee
A £25 booking fee is required to secure appointments. This fee is fully redeemable against treatments or products purchased on the day of your appointment.
If no treatment or product purchase is made, the booking fee will be retained as a contribution towards practitioner time, clinical advice, photography, equipment usage, and clinic overheads.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or rearrange appointments. If less than 48 hours’ notice is provided, the £25 booking fee will be forfeited and a new booking fee will be required to rebook. This policy applies to individual appointments, treatment courses, and membership bookings.
If 48 hours or more notice is provided and you are unable to rebook at that time, your booking fee may be refunded.
Appointments may be cancelled or rearranged 24/7 via text, WhatsApp, social media direct message, email at [email protected], or by calling 0121 350 8482 or 07794 168651 during opening hours. If the clinic is unavailable by phone, please leave a voicemail with your full name, contact number, and notice of cancellation or rearrangement.
These cancellation charges contribute towards staffing and operational costs and are non-negotiable.
If a client fails to attend appointments or breaches the cancellation policy more than twice within a 6-month period, Fiji Skin Clinic reserves the right to charge 50% of the booked treatment fee.
Punctuality Policy
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving 5 minutes late or more may result in a shortened treatment time or your appointment being rescheduled, depending on treatment suitability and clinic availability.
If an appointment must be rescheduled due to lateness, the booking fee will be forfeited. Appointment times cannot be extended for late arrivals, as this impacts subsequent clients.
3. Client Responsibilities
To help achieve the safest and best possible treatment outcome, clients are expected to follow all pre-care and aftercare guidance provided by Fiji Skin Clinic.
Clients must disclose all medications, medical conditions, health concerns, recent sun exposure, fake tan, and changes to medical history before treatment. Fiji Skin Clinic cannot be held liable for adverse reactions or complications where relevant medical information has not been disclosed.
Clients should avoid alcohol, recreational drugs, aspirin, and painkillers for 48 hours before treatment unless medically necessary. Alcohol and recreational drugs should also be avoided for 48 hours after treatment.
Following your recommended skincare and aftercare guidance is essential to achieving the best possible results. Failure to follow practitioner advice may impact healing, treatment suitability, and overall outcomes.
4. Treatments
Individual Treatments
All individual treatments must be paid for in full at the time of service unless otherwise agreed. Once a treatment has been carried out, it is non-refundable.
Treatments cannot be performed on skin affected by fake tan or recent sun exposure. If treatment cannot proceed for these reasons, the full treatment cost will still apply. This policy also applies to treatment courses.
Treatment Courses
Treatment courses must be paid for in full before or on the day of the initial appointment unless an approved payment plan is in place.
All treatment courses are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-shareable. Standard treatment courses are valid for 12 months from purchase, while Laser Hair Removal courses are valid for 18 months.
The only exception to a refund is where a severe medical condition makes treatment medically unsuitable to continue. This must be supported by a doctor’s letter. Approved refunds are subject to administration fees outlined in Section 5.
Where treatment is paused for medical reasons requiring further investigation or clearance, course validity may be extended by up to 6 months. Extensions are granted solely at the discretion of Fiji Skin Clinic and are subject to appropriate medical evidence and clinical approval.
Pregnancy
Pregnancy does not qualify for a refund, as treatment may continue after pregnancy and breastfeeding where clinically appropriate.
During pregnancy and breastfeeding, treatment courses will be paused and remaining treatment time will be honoured when treatment resumes safely. Please notify the clinic of pregnancy via [email protected] or by calling 0121 350 8482.
5. Payment Terms
Accepted Payment Methods
Fiji Skin Clinic accepts payment via credit card, debit card, Klarna, GoCardless direct debit, and PhorestPay/Stripe. We no longer accept American Express. Clients are responsible for ensuring payment details remain valid and up to date.
Interest-Free Payment Plans
Interest-free finance options are available through providers including Klarna and PayitMonthly. When using these services, your financial agreement is directly with the finance provider, and Fiji Skin Clinic cannot advise on outstanding balances or disputes relating to finance agreements.
Administration Fees
Where refunds are approved, the following administration fees apply:
- £100 administration fee for agreements/courses valued at £1000 and above
- £50 administration fee for agreements/courses valued between £500–£999
- £25 administration fee for agreements/courses valued below £500
A separate £40 administration fee applies to approved refunds for cash or card-paid treatment courses due to severe medical conditions.
All clients agree to waive rights to chargebacks or disputes relating to consented payments made to Fiji Skin Clinic.
6. Memberships
Fiji Skin Clinic memberships have a minimum commitment period of 12 months and will automatically continue on a rolling monthly basis thereafter unless cancelled.
Members may not cancel during the initial 12-month term. After this period, memberships may be cancelled with 30 days’ written notice via email to [email protected]. Cancellation requests remain subject to confirmation by Fiji Skin Clinic. Membership payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
If you join online or outside of the clinic premises, you have a 14-day cooling-off period and may cancel for a full refund provided no membership services or benefits have been used during that time.
Membership fees are collected automatically each month using the payment method provided. Clients are responsible for ensuring payment details remain up to date. If a payment fails, membership benefits may be suspended until payment is resolved.
All appointments remain subject to availability, and a minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments or late cancellations may result in forfeited treatments or charges.
Memberships may be paused for a minimum of 1 month and a maximum of 3 months per year. Freeze requests must be submitted in writing with sufficient notice. Membership benefits cannot be used while the account is frozen.
Membership services, credits, and benefits are non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are for individual use only.
Fiji Skin Clinic reserves the right to amend membership pricing or terms at any time. By joining the membership programme, clients agree to these Terms & Conditions alongside all general clinic policies.
7. Products & Retail
Product Returns & Exchanges
Products may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of purchase.
After 7 days, products cannot be returned or exchanged unless the product is faulty or the client experiences an allergic reaction, excluding normal retinoid responses.
Products that are opened, used, damaged, or tampered with cannot be refunded or exchanged. Products also cannot be exchanged for treatments, courses, or alternative retail products.
Prescription products are excluded from all offers and cannot be returned or exchanged.

8. Promotions & Offers
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts, memberships, promotions, or package pricing. Fiji Skin Clinic reserves the right to amend, extend, or withdraw promotions at any time without notice.
Refer a Friend Offer
Refer a new client to Fiji Skin Clinic and both clients will receive 20% off their next treatment. The referred client must state the referrer’s name. Valid on treatments over £160 in a single transaction and redeemable within 2 months. Excludes products, courses, HIFU, and Morpheus8.
Google Review Offer
Clients who leave a Google review receive 20% off their next treatment. Valid on treatments over £160 in a single transaction and redeemable within 2 months. Excludes products, courses, HIFU, and Morpheus8. Limited to one redemption every 6 months.
Birthday Voucher
Clients subscribed to email and SMS marketing who provide their date of birth will receive a birthday voucher for 20% off. Valid on facials and body treatments over £160 and excludes HIFU and Morpheus8. Must be redeemed within 2 months of receipt.
Social Media Welcome Offer
Book a skin consultation within 30 days of following Fiji Skin Clinic on social media and receive 10% off your first treatment using code “SOCIAL30”. One use per client.
Harmony Laser Top-Up Offer
This offer applies exclusively to clients who have previously purchased a Harmony course at Fiji Skin Clinic. Maintenance Harmony treatments will be charged at the equivalent course-session rate, representing an approximate saving of 30–40% compared to standard single treatment pricing.
This offer applies to individual maintenance sessions only and does not apply to full treatment courses unless otherwise stated. All treatments remain subject to practitioner assessment and clinical suitability. Payment must be made in full at booking or purchase.
This offer is valid until 31st March 2026, and treatments must be booked and paid for before expiry.
Add-On Treatment Policy
Add-on treatments are discounted treatments performed alongside another full-priced treatment during the same appointment.
Add-on treatments remain subject to clinical suitability, practitioner availability, and appointment timing. Where treatments are booked as part of a course, add-on treatments may only be suitable at selected appointments.
If booked as a standalone treatment, standard pricing will apply.
9. Gift Cards & Vouchers
Standard Gift Cards
Gift cards and online vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase and may be redeemed against treatments, courses, and products.
Cyber Monday Gift Cards
Gift cards purchased between 29/11/25 – 01/12/25 receive 20% added value. Gift cards are redeemable from 2nd December 2025 and exclude prescription products.
Gift cards remain valid for 12 months. Unused balances expire after validity ends. Klarna and interest-free finance cannot be used to purchase promotional gift cards. These gift cards cannot be used alongside Black Friday promotions.
15th December Gift Cards
Gift cards purchased on 15/12/25 receive 20% added value and are redeemable from 16th December 2025. Excludes prescription products and remains valid for 12 months. Klarna and interest-free finance cannot be used for purchase.
Christmas Gift Voucher
Limited to one use per client and valid until 31st January. Product discounts only apply where a treatment is booked before 31st January, and products must be purchased on the treatment day. Excludes prescription products.
10. Product Promotions
Obagi Multi-Buy Offer
Receive 10% off when purchasing 2 products or 15% off when purchasing 3 or more products.
This offer is valid while stocks last. Prescription products are excluded. Complimentary gifts are non-exchangeable, and multiple free gifts will not be provided.
Obagi Nu-Derm & CRX Kits
Eligible kit purchases include a complimentary Blue Radiance Peel.
This offer is valid while stocks last. Complimentary gifts are non-exchangeable, and the Blue Radiance Peel must be booked on the day of purchase. The treatment may be gifted to another individual.
11. Model Appointments
Model appointments are available to clients aged 18 and over and are offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
A successful patch test is required before treatment. By accepting a model appointment, clients agree to photography and video content being used for social media, website marketing, and promotional content.
The specified discount applies only to selected treatments. A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellation or rescheduling, and failure to provide notice may result in forfeiture of the appointment or full treatment fee.
All treatments remain subject to clinical suitability and practitioner assessment. Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
12. Treatment Expectations & Aftercare
Fiji Skin Clinic provides non-surgical treatments designed to achieve non-surgical results. Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
Full results from a course of treatment may take up to 12 months to develop, and results from single treatments may not always be immediately noticeable. Maintenance treatments are recommended to help maintain long-term results.
Certain skin conditions, including acne, hyperpigmentation, and psoriasis, may temporarily worsen before improving as part of the skin’s natural response cycle.
Following your aftercare guidance is essential to achieving the best possible treatment outcome.
No treatment outcome can be guaranteed due to factors outside the clinic’s control, including lifestyle, diet, hormonal changes, underlying health conditions, and medical history.
