What are the contraindications?
If you have any underlying health condition and or are taking any medications other than the contraceptive pill please email info@fijiskinclinic.co.uk to seek advice and treatment suitability before booking.
BEFORE
- Avoid injectables within 4 weeks before treatment
- Stop all forms of topical Vitamin A such as Retinol and all acid / granular exfoliators 5 days before treatment
- Please advise the clinic before your patch test & consultation if you are on any prescription skincare so that they can advise you on how many days you will need to stop these.
AFTER
- No make-up for the rest of the day
- SPF must be applied in the morning and topped up regularly through the day
- Reintroduce Vitamin A such as Retinol and all acid / granular exfoliators 5 days post treatment
- Please advise the clinic before your patch test & consultation if you are on any prescription skincare so that they can advise you on how many days you will need to stop these.
